Trailer Mudguard, Single Wheel, White Stripe
Pilot mudguard: produced on injection machines with 1,200–1,500 tonnes of clamping force at 180–200 °C, from polypropylene with black pigment and 15% elastomer softener. Flex, break and tensile strength tests are carried out on one in every 120 parts on the production line. The grooves and white band on the outside improve its appearance, and the band shines in bright conditions.
